CTP Flexibles, who manufacture specialized plastic extrusion and flexible packaging for the food, beverage, confectionary, industrial and general merchandise industries, offer a diverse range of services to these industries including 8 colour printing and cast film, bag conversion machines, lamination, wrap-around labels and shrink and multi-layer film extrusion capabilities to name a few. With their mission to produce quality flexible packaging efficiently and on time to the high specifications, CTP Flexibles has just brought in a new technically-advanced, ultra-modern Windmöller & Hölscher Varex II 3 layer blown film extruder. Setting the new standard in blown film extrusion, this new edition to CTP Flexibles offers numerous technically advanced features and sets higher standards in raw material savings and energy efficiency. The Lovemore Bros Heavy Rigging team and Mechanical Projects team had the opportunity to assemble the new machine on site. The team did the full installation including setting up, lining and leveling of all components of the extruder along with a W&H technician.
